I have a few chronic illnesses so I've seen quite a lot of doctors over the years and I genuinely have never had an experience as good as this appointment with Priscilla Turner.

I felt the staff was very cordial, professional, and answered all of my questions. Priscilla was a delight to work with and looking forward to her, taking care of me in the future.

Her bedside manner was great. Dr. Turner listened to my needs and catered to them extremely quickly. So far she's done everything she said she wanted to do, and I hope that continues! I'm new to town so I'm hoping to have/keep her as my PCP!! I'm just waiting for some answers to questions we both (doc and I) had. Questions to see if I can continue to just see her, or, if I need to see a specialist for a specific condition. Either way, how the follow up is handled should show me what kind of a physician Dr. Turner really is.

I'm very satisfied, but since it was my first visit I have to mention I expected a more in-depth visit. Otherwise I have no complaints.

I think maybe she did order some blood work after the 1st visit. I wrote a paragraph about my visit yesterday. Now I wonder who requested that. I look forward to visits with Priscilla because I feel like she cares about me and she doesn't rush me out of there. She listens.

Priscilla Turner has been wonderful to work with over the last couple of years. I've had some rough patches with Depression and Anxiety and she cared very deeply about me and my issues. Honestly I don't think I'd still be alive without her.

We are SO THANKFUL that we were able to get in to a new practice. Franklin is THE WORST. They would have received 1's in every category. This practice is exactly what is expected from a Drs office. They were professional, kind, respectful, not rushing us thru, genuinely concerned about the reason we were there and gave us hope that it would be treated and monitored.

Dr. Turner is amazing. She has such a wonderful bedside manner, is caring and presents the information in an easy-to-understand way. My daughter began with her last year with several issues and was not doing well. Although we are still working through them, we would not have made the progress without her help and support.
