Appreciated the office working me in on a busy preholiday.

If going to a doctors appointment can be a great experience then visiting these folks is awesome. Always well taken care of, very informative and polite. Priya Patel is very knowledgeable and great at her job. Good people.

Dr Patel is great. She takes the time to listen and come to conclusions. I will continue with her as Doctor.

The receptionist allowed another patient in the lobby to stay close to the desk and eavesdrop on our conversation, even after that patiently loudly commented on my employment, not just to me, but to other patients in the room as I was checking in. The nurse who initially brought me into the room was impatient and quite insensitive. She looked at my list of notes that I intended to share with Priya Patel and said, 'she's probably not gonna get to all that.' After over a decade without a PCP, and a history of unpleasant medical experiences, it was hard enough to even schedule the appointment and show up - after my experience in the lobby and with the nurse, I nearly walked out before Priya even came in. I'm glad I stayed, because she was patient and attentive and offered immediate reassurance and help with my main concerns. But I have a hard time recommending the practice to friends and family when I know how disheartening the overall experience is.

You need continuity in your medical personnel. How many APs and others have I seen since 2014???
