I will be getting a MRI..

I was almost in tears because I felt like my treatment is helping me and my questions were answered on the spot. Thanks to everyone for helping me on making the best decision for my treatment.

This doctor is phenomenal both doctor and practitioner they know what they're talking about they know what they're doing I felt very at ease knowing that my spine was getting ready to get cut on.

The PA listened to me, did not rush me, and asked more than once if I had any questions. However, the information that he provided is only part of the big picture now that I have researched my issue . I now have several questions. For example, although he showed me one of the xrays taken the same day, other xrays were taken that day that may be critical in my total care and I want an expert to also look at those xrays and discuss what they show. Specifically, I need to know whether the spondyliothesis is stable or unstable. Another concern I have is the PT assigned to my case is fresh out of grad school with a specialty that does not match my issue. Will that PT have the expertise to discuss the xrays with me? I will give the PT a try, but if I sense inexperience, I may go elsewhere for PT.

Mr Rodgers has a great personality, projected genuine empathy, listened well, did a thorough exam, and provided a treatment plan that made sense and felt appropriate.

Very knowledgeable-provided several options. Discussed from very conservative treatment to surgery and what outcomes to expect. I felt confident that at least I had a reasonable plan forward

Being a person dealing with multiple surgeries in the past ten years, All of the staff not only did an outstanding job, they made me feel welcomed like i was part of the famiky.That's true from the surgeons to the cleaning people. For me that's the most important thing!

The xray tech was not helpful. i am unable to stand due to my condition. it is very painful. He had no empathy or sympathy and the overall experience was very painful.

The Support staff and Dr. Rodgers were absolutely perfect during our last visit... Dr. Rodgers educated my wife and I on what's going on with my spine and talked through potential treatments... I felt much better after leaving the office knowing I had a plan in place. You really need to hi-fi the women holding down the front desk... They are amazing.

NP Rodgers was amazing. He talked to me like a human and spent time explaining things to me while presenting me with multiple options for how is best to proceed. I have a pretty serious condition that affects me on a daily basis. This is the first time in 2 years that I know what is happening in my body and why. I feel validated. I would recommend him to anyone who has ever felt like they aren't being heard by their care team. While I did get some news I didn't want to hear, I felt comfortable and safe with the plan we discussed. I am confident that I have someone on my side who will get to the bottom of my issues, while maintaining quality of care with compassion. Best appointment I've had in that office since I began my journey with a broken back 5 years ago. Amazing! A+++

It took awhile for the provider to start listening to me instead of making assumptions based on the xray. Once he did that things went better.

The doctor was very nice and caring and explained the steps I needed to take. I also want to say your receptionist did something for a patient that was in the waiting room and handled it with grace so he wasn't embarrassed .He had a accident and she brought him a change of clothes. She was so sweet, we need more people like her in this world.

It takes a month to see a doctor then a month to see a therapist. I'm going to find better providers, that's just absurd. No wonder so many suffer from frozen shoulder. Premier health is a disgrace and that's what I tell everyone I can.

Robert was especially skilled in reading, discussing X-ray results and reviewing prior lab tests. Compared to my previous results with another orthopedic practice, this experience gave me all the information, analysis and recommendations the other lacked. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Rob Rodgers is " on purpose" for providing excellent patient care. My parking validation pass that the office provided for me didnot work. I had to use my bank card to pay 5.00 to exit that Apple Street garage. Please check those validation passes to make sure that they are reliable
