Yearly checkup was without seamless.

I had to ask about when and how a blood test would be done and also whether I needed to fast before hand. Also I'd rather have the blood test done before my appointment with the doctor so we could discuss the results during my appointment.

I have been seeing Dr Pohlman for about 20 years and he has always been able to help me in any way I have needed.

Dr Pohlman is the best. I've been with Beavercreek Family Medicine for over 40 years and have experienced the most professional, personal and effective care possible.

Dr. Pohlman is a great provider and fully trust him with my care. He is very easy to talk to and I value the medical relationship I have with him. I know everyone has to retire some day and it will sadden me very much when he chooses to do so as I'll have to find another provider.

Besides being knowledgeable and experienced, Dr Pohlman is patient and kind and is open to my ideas and questions. This really matters to me.

My office visit report shows only the blood pressure reading taken during my visit. It does NOT show readings taken for weight, height and temperature. It does not summarize conversations with the MD.

This was a post hospital visit that needed to be done quickly. They made an appointment 5 days after being let out of the hospital. My normal doctor in the practice I could not get in to see quickly enough. I think the doctor did a good job considering I was just thrown at him with no warning.

Dr. Ronald did a great job in fixing my prescription so that they are for three months instead of one month because my insurance charges the same for three months as one month saving me money. Thanks Dr. Ronald.

Received reminder call day before appointment, immediately followed by another call asking for insurance clarification, then was told, wait that was an error. Was only calling to remind about appointment. Again. Second call. Office was running over 30 minutes late for my 9:30am appointment. After I returned home from appointment, I began to receive phone calls from the office fax number. After two such calls, I called the office to tell them whoever was attempting to fax something was calling my cell phone in error. Spoke to Devon about that. I immediately received two more calls from the fax machine. I called the office again and spoke to Devon and told him it was still happening. He told me he did not know what was going on because they were trying to fax a prescription of mine to a pharmacy, and instead the fax was going to my cell phone number. They said they had not input my cell phone number into the fax machine and had no idea how the fax machine was making that error. Fax machines don't just guess a phone number. I'm sure my cell phone number was input erroneously and they just did not know how to problem solve. He told me to just block the fax number on my phone. The support staff in this office is creating a negative experience and gives the appearance of an inefficient and incompetent office.

Great people, that is why I have been coming here for over twenty years!

Dr. Pohlman is always thorough and allows time for questions and discussion. His M.A. is also friendly, always indicates what will happen next, and draws blood causing no pain. I wish I could remember his name.
