I always have positive experiences during my visits to see my pcp. Staff goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Wait time is generally brief and Dr. T is pleasant and aware of my background info. There is no place I'd rather be for my routine care!

Dr Thammavong is great. He is quick, thorough and takes care of cats and, x-rays or bloodwork that is needed. As good an experience as you can have going to the doctor. Bloodwork is always great too.

The staff is amazing! I mainly see Dr. Thammavong, he is a great doctor that actually listens!!! I have also seen the NP's on staff at one point or another, they are all fantastic!!! I would highly recommend them! Only down side is they only see adults, so I had to find another Doctor for my teen son.

I SPOKE TO PRACTICE MANAGER AND EXPRESSED MY CONCERN THAT I COULD NOT GET INTO THE OFFICE AT 6:45 AM FOR MY APPOINTMENT AT 7AM I WAS INFORMED THAT THE OFFICE DOES NOT OPEN UNTIL 7 AM MY CHART SAID TO BE AT MY APPOINTMENT AT 6:45 AM. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. BUT, I BELIEVE NOTHING WILL CHANGE

Making an appointment and checking in online is easy and convenient. The office staff is friendly and wait time is minimal. Dr. Thammavong is always professional and thorough. I feel listened to, valued, and have great trust in his care.

The staff are always friendly and efficient. Appointments are always on time and very rarely do i have to wait past my appointment time if not ever.

This was my first visit with Dr. Roulay Thammavong and I was very impressed with his easy way of discussing things with me. He has very good manners, and shows respect for his patients. I am glad I chose him for my new family doctor he is very trusting and I feel comfortable talking to him . The receptionists are all very nice and considerate. They also have a very clean facility.

Dr Thammavong is an excellent provider. He takes his time to be sure he covers everything that needs to be addressed before I leave, and tests are ordered for the next visit.

Dr. Thammavong answered all of my questions that I had written on a list and I had several.

I didn't want to schedule an appointment during this visit.

Normally the person taking my vitals is pleasant and cooperative in detailing the reason for my visit. This time those qualities were reduced after noticed I had not filled out a given to 5mpnths on advance. Dr. Was on bigger hurry than normal to the point of not giving me a.chance to discuss a couple of my lesser concerns.

Dr Thammavong is so very responsive to my problems. He is very concerned about ME and always shows such empathy. He spends plenty of time so that he addresses all my concerns

My comment here is about your new remodeled building. It is lovely, but one thing I noticed is that the main visitor's restroom (near Dr. T's area) does not have a hook inside the restroom to hang your purse or coat on. I had to place my purse on top of the trash can. That is not sanitary. Fortunately, the purse didn't slide or fall off. Hopefully, a hook can be placed there soon. Thanks.
