It had been a few years since my last annual checkup, and I had some questions I wanted to discuss with Dr. Shrestha. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to give me a thorough answer that helped answer my questions and made me feel better about my health. She's such a kind and caring doctor and I'm glad I came back to see her. The rest of the staff was warm and friendly and that helped to make the appointment feel much more comfortable. Thank you!

Premier health is lucky to have Dr. Shrestha. She provides caring, connective, compassionate care every single visit. She is knowledgeable and a true expert in her field. I entrust all of my gynecological care to her and my friends and family. She is top notch. As a healthcare professional it is difficult to find providers you can trust full heartedly... however I can with her. She deserves utmost respect, she is one the network cannot afford to loose.

My best doctor

I love my physician. She took the time to either look at my chart or genuinely remember details about me personally. Small gesture, but most talk to me and ask generic question about how I'm doing or how I've been, but she remembered details from our last conversation, which made me feel genuinely cared for.

She is very gentle, kind, caring, and listens. I've had doctors in the past that were so focused on getting you in and out that didn't care what you had to say. Definitely a keeper!

I love Dr Shrestha ! Have been her patient for years and I have recommended her to friends many times. She listens to and understands my concerns. She always has solutions or possible solutions and is willing to figure it out. She always encourages me to call to follow up if ever needed. She's great!

The receptionist, staff, nurse, and Doctor were all fantastic - making sure I was very comfortable during an uncomfortable procedure. However, I did not appreciate being caught off guard immediately afterwards by a police presence and a younger officer smirking at me.

As usual, the intake nurse asked what I wanted to discuss with the doctor. I shared my concerns about my health. She listened attentively and typed what I was concerned about, including some sensitive information that was difficult to talk with a nurse about, but she was lovely and attentive. In my time with the doctor, she never once reviewed or brought up what I shared with the intake nurse. Why did I have to endure the conversation with the intake nurse if the doctor never reviewed it? Dr. Ruby is terrific, but she is very efficient and gets you out quickly. My time rolled out so quickly, I never got to bring up AGAIN what I discussed with the intake nurse. So I told the nurse to what end? I never got to my health concern that was uncomfortable to discuss in the first place. If the doctor does not review the intake notes please do not make that apart of the exam. Thank you
