Dr Claros really did an excellent job of sitting down with me and listening to my questions. I felt like she heard and understood my concerns and questions, and I feel confident in her follow up. I appreciate the doctor-patient relationship in this office. I did not feel like just another appointment on a busy day, but a patient that Dr Claros has a vested interest in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly as well and did an excellent job of communicating any of my concerns with the doctor before she saw me

This is my first time seeing her and she was amazing. She was very gentle. She really took time and explained everything to me. Honestly, I think she was one of the best doctors I've had in a long time.

Dr. Claros is wonderful! She really takes the time during the exam to go over everything and isn't rushed to get out the door.

She did everything she could including a referral to a specialist.

I was on time to my appointment. Once I got into the room I waited undressed for over 35 minutes. It was extremely uncomfortable. I understand things happened but I would never like to wait in a room undressed for that long. I would rather the nurse let me know they are running behind and have me get undressed when the doctor is coming in

The wait time in the lobby exceeded 45 minutes. After about 30 minutes minutes the receptionist finally said the provider was behind. The receptionist was not real personable either. Not a real good first impression for the office.

Dr Ruth Carlos was very kind, professional and easy to talk with! Wish her the best with her pregnancy!

EXTREMELY long wait time. Every single time I have been in this office for a visit, I have waited AT LEAST one hour to see provider. I was at the office for almost 2 hours for this appointment and the ultrasound only took 14 minutes. I work in health care so I understand, but it has happened every single time I come to this office, regardless of provider that I see. It appears to be a scheduling issue.

Dr. Claros is very kind and lets you know the next move before she does it. Listens to you and doesn't seem to be in a hurry.

Dr. Claros listened to my concern and ordered an x-ray for me so we can see what is going on. She gave me very good care!

I really appreciate that she sat down and talked with me before the exam and again after.

This is my first encounter with this doctor and I will see if I can start to go back to her, she was warm kind and helpful.

The only concerning issue I would like to raise is that there seems to be possible issues between the receptionist and the "people in the back" as this was mentioned by the receptionist many times as she was checking people in for their appointments and to which side of the waiting areas they were to move to .... if it would have just been me that she had move from one area to the other (after direction to go originally one direction) I probably wouldn't have noticed but she brought up to each person who checked in to wait until she said which area to move to because she didn't want to get in trouble. The receptionist was very friendly; however, I thought it strange her talking about getting in trouble from the "people in the back" if she sent someone to the wrong area.

Doctor was professional and respectful in discussing problem and recommending care including overview of next steps
