About The Provider
Sabryna Creech, PA‑C, earned her Master of Physician Assistant Practice from the University of Dayton in Dayton, OH, and her Bachelor of Science from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH. Sabryna is board certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Sabryna has a strong clinical interest in general surgery and provides care for a broad range of surgical conditions, including cholecystitis, appendicitis, hiatal hernias, umbilical, ventral, inguinal, and incisional hernias, breast and colon cancer, pilonidal disease, abscesses, hemorrhoids, cysts, lipomas, and ostomy-related care. She is also experienced in post-operative management and long-term surgical follow-up.
Her clinical experience includes assisting with and managing care related to procedures such as cholecystectomy, hernia repairs, Nissen fundoplication, Collis gastroplasty, appendectomy, mastectomy, lumpectomy, colostomy, gastrostomy and jejunostomy tube placement, small bowel resections, GIPS procedures, cyst and soft tissue mass excisions, incision and drainage of abscesses, hemorrhoidectomy, and preventive screenings, including breast and colon health evaluations.
Sabryna’s care philosophy is centered on treating patients as whole individuals with compassion, empathy, and respect. She strives to create a supportive and safe environment where patients feel heard and involved in their care. She values teamwork, effective communication, and collaboration with multidisciplinary providers to ensure the delivery of comprehensive, evidence-based care. Sabryna is committed to lifelong learning and staying current with evolving research and clinical guidelines to promote early intervention, preventive care, and improved long-term health outcomes.
Her passion for surgery began during her undergraduate years while working as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in rehabilitation, where she cared for patients in the immediate post-operative period. Witnessing patients’ recovery firsthand inspired her pursuit of a surgical subspecialty. She chose general surgery for its breadth, hands-on nature, and the opportunity to care for patients throughout the entire surgical journey—from preoperative evaluation through recovery—allowing her to build continuity and trust. She has particular interests in gastrointestinal health and breast cancer care, areas where she finds meaningful opportunities to make a difference in patients’ lives.
Sabryna is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) and the Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA).
Outside of work, Sabryna enjoys crocheting, scrapbooking, and disc golfing.
