Great doctor! Great staff! It took me six months to get an appointment!

Once I entered the procedure room I felt totally ignored. Felt to me as though they were working on a piece of meat rather than a human. No talk with me only amongst themselves. Never once asked how I was faring! I was truly disappointed by my experience not medically but rather in the way I was treated

Everyone was friendly and professional. The doctor listen to my concerns and was able to change my medications to address my issues.

It took 4 months to get an appointment! The whole experience was good except for the 4-month wait.

Excellent Provider

The Office and staff are very good. However, getting handicapped parking space at this facility (Englewood MVN) is extremely difficult; and even then its a long walk from the parking lot to the hospital and then to the office. My suggestion is improve the ease of access by creating more Handicapped spaces for us and please have hospital consider providing a golf cart shuttle service from door to parking lots as they are all too spread out. We older and disabled have great difficulty with the parking site as it is. Thank you.

experience was excellent but it took over a month to get the test I needed scheduled due to limited availability of times and locations.

There seems to be a disconnect between the Dr. and the staff who send prescriptions to pharmacies.Dr. changed dosage, but prescription sent was for old dosage. i.e , take 2 pills every 2 days vs take 2 pills every 3 days.

Dr. Mawri is the first doctor in a long time to demonstrate real care for me as a person.

When I checked in, waiting room was really full. Thinking I would be waiting a long time(I was early already) While waiting the receptionist did keep everyone informed on a longer than normal wait time ( my appointment started on time) I felt respected that the staff kept everyone informed even though I didn't have to wait. I hope others felt the same . I respect the doctors who will take a few extra minutes to answer all my questions but it can come with a price others might have to wait a little longer after me. Thanks

First the reception personnel were very helpful in giving me directions to this location. I arrived early snd it was not a problem. I was called back early snd checking in for my first visit was great. The doctor was very helpful in his explanations of my history and ordered tests that I have been able to schedule. When a staff is friendly and treat you with common respect, you don't dread going to a doctor as much. The person who greats you can relax your anxiety somewhat and that is very important. A sour face and attitude can raise your anxiety. This office seems to be aware of that.

Dr Mawri appeared to do an excellent intake and recording of my concerns. However, he needed to leave the room abruptly. He gave me things to do after the appointment ~ as if I were his assistant. For example, I was to have a GI specialist give him the okay to proceed. I need to go see a back specialist. He behaved like many competent and busy doctors do ~ in, out, and gone. I was confused by how far in advance my next appointment is (given the things he said) ~ and that is with his nurse. I don't have another appointment with him for nine months. In the meantime, I felt overwhelmed ~ heard, but overwhelmed ~ and left in the room without even a nurse or assistant to make sure I was okay and had what I needed. It was my first appointment with him. I trust him to know how to do machinery/technical things that might be needed. But as for "Humanity," he is like other technically trained, competent, and overworked physicians. I felt like an object rather than a living, breathing human being after the appointment. Fortunately, the receptionists were quite kind.

Dr Mawri is friendly and thorough- always takes the time to discuss issues, answer questions. His staff is friendly and helpful.

The only negative was the waiting. It was about 10 minutes past my appointment time when I was called back, which isn't bad. And about another 30 minutes until the doctor came in. He did apologize and thank me for my patience, though no explanation was given. Not so bad all around. Doctors are busy and unexpected complications do arise. Sometimes I've kept a doctor an extra amount of time.

We appreciate Dr Mawri's office working my mom into his schedule for cardiac pre op clearance and his staff's efforts to get the additional testing scheduled quickly so that she can be cleared for her surgery.
