The staff was extremely helpful with my new insurance plan. Their diligence and enthusiasm is much appreciated.

People were great. They smoked till you and the reception was friendly and helpful. And the physician helper, what's great? I recommend that she go on ahead and become a doctor.

Provider was very thorough but set up future procedure with unknown doctor. Too many unknowns for future providers (doctors)

Both of the nurses that I saw were caring and compassionate and fully explain items that were a concern to me as a new patient. This is a learning process, and they have made it more comfortable for me to adapt. As I often say, "please dummy it down" for me to understand as a patient instead of using the technical verbiage, which they did right from the start! Made the first visit much more pleasant and ease the mind alot.

Overall good experience. A little far from home, but hope to be able to be seen at the main campus or the north campus.

Things moved smoothly, and importantly to me; I had no wait. I was in and out in a half hour max for my entire appointment, with an ekg being completed. I appreciate efficiency, while still being treated like I matter as a patient. Also, I didn't feel judged when I rambled due to anxiety, so that was nice, lol. Well done.
