The staff was so friendly and explained everything, which helps to calm the patient. Saima Rashid helped me come up with a cardio exercise plan in my home since this winter has been so frigid and snowy. Wonderful team.

From the time I arrived an hour early the entire staff treated me wonderfully. The nurse who brought me in was excellent. She helped me in many ways. She checked my records, vitals, and did the EKG with such care. Helping me extra due to my turn shoulder. The provider noted my upcoming procedure and checked on follow up appointments. She assured me all was well with my heart issues and was professional and considerate. Great appointment

When one has to make an appointment a year ahead of time to see the cardiologist, something about this practice is lacking. As a matter of fact, the empathy of the entire staff has deteriorated...

I'm not sure which premier provider you are inquiring about. I've been to several this past week, 2 months. Indicate which one please.

Saima is kind, friendly and generally concerned about my condition. I look forward to seeing her and am confident in her ability.

I really appreciate being listened to. I have a complex medical history, seeing many specialists and it's more than frustrating and infuriating when one doesn't listen or account for another doctor's treatments.

Great PA

This office isnt as welcoming as I'd seen in the past. From the front desk clerk having a weird look at me when I came in to her just not making me feel welcomed. To be honest I sensed some bit of what we have going on in the country with treatment of minorities. From my experience today, I am looking into changing my cardiologist. Not sure where I'll go but I will look into it

Overall, very impressed with the office staff from check- in to check-out. This was my first time meeting Saima. Found her to be very thorough and knowledgeable.

Too many pre check in questions

The physician and the physician assistant are both great so much so that when I was told to schedule an appt in six months, I had to wait four months after that time for an appointment.

I felt they were all professional.

Was actually a very good appointment!

Saima actually saw my wife who was transported to her appointment by a medical team arranged by the nursing home where she is currently residing. Saima was familiar with my wife from a previous visit and knew her history allowing for a more precise observation/exam. She immediately commented about her improved appearance and checked all of her vital signs. She also observed that the level of her Liptor medication had been reduced which she questioned and that she would further check her latest blood test. Overall I believe Saima is a very professional medical staff member and I would clearly recommend her to others.

I thought I was seeing the doctor who treated me at the hospital instead it was another doctor she was not up to date

I was seen at just about the time of my appointment and did not have to wait very long. The doctor was friendly and made me feel at ease. My blood pressure runs high when I'm at a doctor's office but after talking with me during my visit, I could feel my heart not racing. I felt a little more at ease. The doctor took my blood pressure again and saw my pressure was going down.
