Very professional and helpful

It was more than a year out and they only do scheduling for 6 months out.

Samantha was wonderful with my son. She provided good information and did a thorough exam and made sure he/we understood the information she provided. She was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. The lady who checked us in was also very kind and made a great first impression. We accidentally passed the office where we were supposed to go on the left and initially went to the office down the hall on the right. I am REALLY glad we don't go to that office, the lady behind the desk acted as if we put her out having to re-direct us, didn't make eye contact, she was just rude. Hopefully someone will address this with her as she was void of any customer service skills. I would gladly share Samantha's name and please let her know she provided a GREAT experience for us and thank the front desk. They all made a scary situation as pleasant as possible.

It was a tele visit so there were no others involved. Not sure Samantha is a provider per se. This was to inform about an upcoming test. She was very good and knowledgeable.

The MRI Technician was great. Very kind and explained everything well. I was feeling uneasy as I had a closed MRI, but he made it comfortable and provided a warm blanket, making everything as easy as possible. 10 out of 10 for Technician and Reception staff as well.
