I went to this office to discuss reconstructive surgery to my ear that was a traumatic amputation of my earlobe. He said it healed well, which I already knew, and said to just leave it alone. That was not why I was there. I said several times I wanted it repaired, but I still was told to leave it alone. He kept saying multiple times that maybe I may not like the results and wished I never got it done after the surgery. This is coming from a plastic surgeon? I kind of felt as though maybe he might not have done this surgery enough to be comfortable doing it, or it was just more of a challenge he didn't want to take on. I was pretty disappointed, sorry to say. On the other hand, he was very nice.

The staff were helpful, kind and professional. the nurse navigator in particular was extremely patient and helpful, including during a follow up phone conversation to clarify procedures and scheduling.

From the first phone call to schedule the appointment I was impressed with this office. Her customer service was exceptional, and in my experience, sadly this is not common. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves a special thank you. The nurse that took us back was also exceptional and Dr. Kadakia's reputation proceeds him, and he didn't disappoint! Thank you all and never forget how important your kindness impacts your patients; it truly makes a difference and especially for those who are frightened.

Having to call the office to report my license plate number was lengthy, especially after waiting for 5-10 minutes to get through to the office operator.

Everything was fine, the only complaint was being put in a room and wasn't seen for almost an hour. I finally went out because I thought we were forgotten. Nobody updated us as to what the delay was and why.

My provider let me waiting for almost 30 minutes before coming in to see me.

I will forever be grateful to Dr Kadakia for the care and his considerable surgical skills. He gave me a chance to watch my grandchildren graduate high school and has given me a quality of life that exceeded my expectations.

Dr Kadakia and his staff are amazing.

From the time I walked through the door until I left, I felt cared about. The receptionist was very welcoming with her great big smile and was very efficient in her job. The assistant who took me back to the room was very pleasant and put me at ease. Then Dr. K arrived with his youthful exuberance and confidence. What a great guy. He put me at ease, answered all of my questions and left me feeling confident that I was in excellent hands. Thanks to everyone in the office for what was a wonderful experience during a very stressful time. I would definitely recommend this practice to a family member or friend.

Love this practice. Everyone there cares about you. We sure like Dr. Kadakia. Tells you what will happen and is a very careing person. Like all of his staff are so careing people.
