I feel like I am a partner in making decisions regarding treatments. My cancer is a new condition and I have lots of questions - which are answered in a manner I can understand. There is no drama, just kind and compassionate discussion. I am not my cancer!!

I was scheduled with a Nurse Practitioner in the office without my consent. I am familiar with Dr.Jeffreys and she knows what I have endured since my breast surgery. I cancelled that appointment with the Nurse Practitioner and rescheduled with my regular oncologist.

Dr.Jeffreys and her staff are always very kind and welcoming. They are efficient and very good at their jobs! They always take great care of me. I never leave with any unanswered questions. Dr.Jeffreys really takes time with her patients and she makes sure I understand everything. The nurse Tracy took the time to give me education on my chemotherapy treatment which was very appreciated! The medical assistant was helpful in the process of getting my FMLA form completed. The staff also informed me when the doctor was running behind and they offered water multiple times which was very nice!

She is a caring teacher and provides emotional support when needed. She behaves in a professional, yet compassionate manner. Her team supports her with respect and thoroughness. I couldn't ask for a better hematologist!
