The technician in imaging was very cordial and professional. She made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns.

Dr. Berg was vague about my treatment. Recently, she failed to refill a critical prescription despite having four days to do so. My pharmacy called on a Tuesday; I then called on Thursday about the prescription. Despite that, I had to call the weekend staff and they had called the prescription in within the hour. Further, I'm still waiting for another prescription. Dr. Berg is supposed to be addressing it with my insurance company, but so far, has failed to do so. It appears this office moves at its own pace or is overwhelmed with patients resulting in their inability to properly treat me and possibly others.

Dr Berg and Staff are Wonderful, I get bronchitis and Severe Wheezing (very quickly), I always get in right away and this helps in getting my illness under control before it gets worse! all my questions were answered and Dr Berg is always very attentive to my medical needs

I came in with an abscess on my tonsils. The ENT doctor at Atrium would not treat me because I wasn't a patient of his, so I had to be transferred to MV. Not impressed with this response. Other doctors and nurses treated my well . Waited 6 hours to be transported to MV. Not Good

Extremely comfortable with Sara. I feel my health is in good hands.
