One note about the clerk who checked me in. I had a name change, I told her the new name and provided her with my new driver's license. She got the name wrong. I had been hyphenated and was dropping the second name. I don't think she really looked at the license or she would not have made that mistake. Just maybe tell them to make sure they are getting it right and double checking. It was then just a pain because then my RX and my work doctor's note had the wrong name and had to be redone.

My wife and I have been married 55 years, and when we were told we could not be in the same room to discuss our health, we were not happy. I am totally involved in my wife's overall health and need to be with her. How someone could institute a policy like this is rediculous. We have always been together!

As I walked in, I was trying to find my insurance card. I could not, so I had to pull up my card on my phone app. I stated back from the counter on purpose while doing so. The receptionist insisted I come up to the counter and I replied that I was not ready. She and her friends, not receptionists, were gathered around a dessert while phones were ringing and began cackling/laughing when I stated that I was not ready. It was rude and unprofessional. The other seated receptionists were not involved. I showed her my new insurance information on my phone and went to my appointment.

The receptionist was amazing! So kind!! I appreciated the time and attention I got from my provider.

Sara is great, she explains things, has helped me alot. She's kind, easy to discuss things with. The only negative thing I would say is the customer service lady that ck'd me in, asked about my card on file. It was correct one. On our way out one of the girls asked if I needed anything specific. No just checking out, she said to go ahead and leave. So we did. Then someone took it upon themselves to run my card for $83. I make payments on my appts. And the charge bothers me because I wasn't expecting it. And I feel they should have asked if it was ok to run a payment? Now I worry that their just going to take payments out on that card. I do not like that because if I don't have money covered then it could be declined. That is the only negative thing I have to say & it's actually a billing concern. But it wasn't billing who run my card but front desk. It's just a mention. No other complaints at all.

Overall I had a great experience I feel like Sara Wilson really listens to me and I feel like she genuinely cares about my health every time I see her. She is an amazing provider.

Sara Wilson-Rector is a wonderful NP!! She listens thoughtfully and, does her best to do her research and give you accurate information. She's always willing to think outside the box and come up with a plan for your health issues. I'm someone with auto immune, chronic inflammation that poses hard cases for any physician. I trust Sara completely.
