Sara Marietta is such a caring doctor. Her office staff and nurses are great too.

The medical assistant that checked me into the room smelled bad of cigarettes. My concerns were addressed but I felt as though the appointment was rushed and felt that my worries about adverse effects of the medication I am taking were not taken seriously and told not to worry about it. I prefer a more holistic approach to health so maybe this just isn't the right fit for me anymore.

Have always felt that my health was the main focus by providers and staff at this office. I always feel like I am being heard and treated appropriately and everything is explained clearly.

When my family physician left I went to two other offices and had terrible service. I finally found Sara at Hyatt Center. She is fabulous. The staff too is wonderful. I have even had to see other physicians in that office and they all took good care of me. This offices runs very smooth and should be an example of how other offices should work.

Sara Marietta, she was equivalent to a Dr, but she wasn't a Dr.) was very nice and understanding of my problem. When Sara thought my appointment was done, I asked her a few questions regarding, which one question involved if I needed to take off work, which mostly involves typing on a keyboard/computer, until my injury healed. Sara kindly answered my question. Also, the receptionist was very nice and kind--especially since this was my first time scheduling and seeing Sara Marietta. One recommendation would be for the scheduling staff and/or automated message to mention Sara Marietta's suite number.

They were very accommodating and helpful in a time sensitive matter, and made sure prescriptions were going to be able to be filled locally that same day.

Sara Marietta is THE best!

Yes, we had a much better experience here! When we first moved, we tried another medical group, but the patient care just wasn't great. Here, it's been the complete opposite. We've been able to get in to see the doctor easily-even for things outside of our regular visits. The staff is so welcoming, the care is much more attentive, and we feel like our needs are truly being met. We're so glad we found this place and this amazing group of providers. I'm even planning to get my husband signed up as a new patient!

As always it was caring and considerate. I never feel with Nurse Marietta that I am being rushed out the door. She listens. She responds. It's like talking to a co-worker who doesn't disregard what you are saying. I wish she could take more patients as she is a perfect doctor!
