I was amazed of how courteous and kind the entire staff was. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and was listened to. This was the best obgyn experience I've ever had. Im actually excited to return yearly.

I think that you need to hire more doctors do I don't have to travel so far to see a doctor that I am established with. Or give them set days at two facilities.

Persistently frustrating to convince gynecologists that there is a problem when I have lived with this vagina for 46 years. I know when things aren't well and the test results prove it. The skepticism isn't helpful.

MRI Fast Breast was ordered by the physician. I scheduled the test just to be told that they don't submit the test to my insurance for payment, Because supposedly my insurance doesn't pay for it. I called my insurance and they do cover the test, and I would only have to pay a $125 copay, instead of $400. I can't find out who is supposed to do the precert so I can't get the test done. I need help with this situation.

I was in for a repeat pap smear and waited about 30 minutes or more for the provider to see me. I asked for motrin 800 mg and was not told if they were sent to my pharmacy or not. I explained the pain I had and did not receive much information back .

Dr. Jazaerly was wonderful, attentive and patiently explained and answered my questions. It was a pleasure meeting her.

Seems difficult to schedule appointments in general as they are booked out very far. That's my only complaint. The provider was wonderful and I will definitely see her again. She is nice and easy to talk to.

The care I received was satisfactory, and everyone was courteous. I only wish they would address patients more professionally, using proper titles and surnames instead of assuming that everyone is comfortable being addressed by their first name.

So far I have nothing to complain about!

I have used lifestages for women for over 10 years now and the staff usually gives awesome customer service, but a few of the staff members were rude. Once the physician came in I asked to be moved to another room because I felt very uncomfortable, and she was understanding and accommodating.

This was the first time I had met Dr. Jazaerly and she was very nice and listened to my concerns.
