Sarah Luttrell, FNP

Sarah Luttrell, FNP, has a special interest in rheumatology and provides care for patients in both Vandalia and Beavercreek, OH with a wide range of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, lupus, dermatomyositis, polymyalgia rheumatica, gout, Sjögren’s syndrome, and osteoporosis. She develops individualized treatment plans that may include disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs), biologic therapies, infusion treatments, corticosteroid management, and osteoporosis care.

Sarah believes in a compassionate, patient-centered approach that emphasizes partnership, open communication, and shared decision-making. She works closely with patients to understand how rheumatic diseases affect their daily lives and to create treatment plans that support their goals, improve function, and enhance quality of life.

Her passion for rheumatology is shaped by both professional experience and her personal journey living with an autoimmune condition. Sarah began her nursing career in the NICU, where she developed a strong appreciation for building lasting relationships with patients and families. This experience continues to guide her approach to caring for individuals with chronic conditions.

Sarah is a member of the Association of Rheumatology Professionals (ARP) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, listening to true crime podcasts, and spending time with her husband and family.
