This was the initial visit for my son, who was transferring from a pediatrician. We came because he has been having issues swallowing. The provider just set up a referral to a GI doctor and never even looked at his throat. Why wouldn't she see if his tonsils were swollen or something before just referring us to a specialist? Very disappointed in this visit.

Sara is empathetic & pragmatic! Actively involved in achieving health goals at this time in my life.

Very positive experience. The staff and the doctor are welcoming and very helpful and professional.

All staff is friendly. I love that you can get blood work at same location therefore I am more likely to follow through. Sara W always is patient and seems concerns for you. She will call with results so I never wonder what the labs say. I am older and do not do the portal chart check. I have referred my family members to her due to how thorough she has been with me. In addition, the lab technicians get the stick on first try and do not bruise you up.

Everyone I talked to were engaging & very friendly. Everything was explained & any questions or concerns I had were answered. Very comfortable environment to be in. I would give my experience a "10".

I had an appointment at 2:00 and my husband had one at 3:00. Sarah, the nurse practitioner, worked my husband in right after my appointment. It was much appreciated.

I really like Dr Waits. The only thing I can say is it was very rushed and I felt that Dr was too busy to take the time to see me. I was mid sentence telling her something and she just started talking and blew right over it. RUSH RUSH RUSH.

Sarah Waits is an awesome provider! She covers all the bases. She listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. She is down to Earth and easy to understand! She will make you feel comfortable and confident in her care.

I am always treated with respect by all office workers, nurses and my NP. My only gripe is with the automated reminder system. Why does it call me (automated) and send me a text for me to confirm I am coming. But then someone from office has to also physically call me to see if I am coming? It gets really annoying being asked 3 times in 3 different ways if I am coming to my scheduled appt. Stop making the office people have to call. They have many other things to do.

I didn't have any tests to get results for so my answer should not be considered negative

I respect my physician. Her knowledge and demeanor is fantastic. I however believe the physician need to be allowed more time with their patients. They may be spread too thin. This is not a reflection on the Dr or Nurse.

I've been coming to Monroe Medical Center since 1970, the care the friendliness the quickness of getting in to see a doctor has always been great. I have no reason ever to go anywhere else but to Monroe Medical Center. Thank you very much for all your help throughout my years.

Office staff always friendly and kind to me when i come in for an appointment and when checking out. the staff is rather fast at reading and answering your messages sent by MY CHART messaging system. My NP Sarah Waits is fabulous. She really listens to your concerns and makes helpful decisions with therapy and medication. I just wish she would stop wearing a mask over her face when a patient is there for a wellness check-up. I am NOT sick. I find the mask thing to be ridicules if the patient is not ill. IT really interferes with that bonding relationship with your healthcare provider.

I love my provider, Sarah Waits! I mean she takes very good care of me. When I express any questions or concerns, she's more than happy to listen and respond with any appropriate referrals.

I saw Sarah for a poison ivy problem. She prescribed the medications that I would need and she suggested a cleaning product that was made to wash away the oils from working in the yard. I appreciated the suggestion because I am highly susceptible to poisonous plants.

Quick & easy. Everyone there are very friendly & polite. They explained everything & answered all my questions. I enjoyed my visit which is not something people usually say about going to a doctor visit.

Sarah Waits was amazing. My only problem and great disappointment is Sandy at the front desk. I called the office with normal patient questions and she was extremely rude. It was obvious I was annoying her and she let me know. I've never in 57 years been treated so poorly by office staff at a medical office. I tried to avoid her by asking for Sarah's nurse, but she wouldn't allow it. She explained that basically they are too busy and have other things they need to do. I really like Sarah Waits and have 100% confidence in her, but I don't feel well and certainly don't feel I should have to deal with someone so nasty when I call my medical office. Why does she have a job that requires communicating with people if she doesn't want to do so politely & professionally? I am hoping I can talk directly with the nurse in the future.
