Although it has nothing to do with quality of care, I was surprised by the dilapidated condition of the exam room. A badly damaged cupboard door, debris on the carpet and the original wallpaper border from when the building was new--seems like neglect. Makes me wonder about what else might be getting overlooked. I would find working in those surroundings depressing. Premier certainly has the money to better maintain and upgrade their facilities.

Doctor's are great. Nursing staff is very good. But the front office and scheduleing for tests is not efficient. Wait times and communication could be improved.

I saw Dr. Albright and, as usual, he took care of my problem. The entire staff did an outstanding job with courtesy and professionalism. Great place with great people.

DR Albright was professional yet personable and friendly and he was able to explain my condition and treatment recommendations.

Dr. Albright is terrific! He seems to know exactly what I need and takes care of it right away. He has resolved some problems I have been struggling with for months. I couldn't ask for a better orthopedic doctor.

Per usual for my every 6 month appointment for gel in my right knee, my doc is awesome! After bein asked about how my knee was feeling, I was given more gel since I seemed to need more. I have given information about Dr. Albright to 2 people so far.

Dr. Albright is an excellent physician. He read my chart, asked me some questions and then examined the arm and asked more questions. Soon enough he told me what was happening and made recommendations of how to avoid and alleviate the pain. He was gentle, attentive and knowledgeable of what had caused my initial pain.
