Dr. Samuel is a warm, caring, physician. She gave good explanations and explained treatment plan. Office was on time which I appreciated.

Dr. Selyne Samuel is exceptional in her patient care and knowledge.

The receptionist presented a lot of unnecessary information. I had forgotten my insurance card, and rather than simply helping resolve the issue-since it could have been looked up-they provided a lengthy explanation of why it was needed. Additionally, my first impression included seeing the receptionist drinking a Starbucks specialty drink and covered in a blanket.

Dr.Samuel made me feel incredibly at ease with the examination itself as well as my preventative care.

Dr. Samuel is excellent at explaining your diagnosis and the treatment you will be receiving. Her office is like a one stop shop. They escorted me to every service I needed that day and provided me with contact info for others involved in my treatment.

Dr. Samuel had a wonderful bedside manner and gave informative feedback to me. I went into the appointment nervous but left feeling well taken care of and at ease with the next steps. Her personality brought a joyful and confident energy to the room and I left feeling much better than when I arrived. Her professionalism and knowledge were appreciated as well as her friendly and encouraging demeanor.

It took a long time to get the new patient visit

Dr. Samuel was great, knowledgeable, confident, and reassuring. She answered all our questions, and had a wonderful personality. I left there knowing that she was the one that I wanted to be my surgeon. I felt like I had a doctor, and a friend.

I was charged 175.00 dollars for an office visit. My Insurance says I have a co-pay of 30.00 dollars. Someone must have forgotten to charge my insurance. /the day we were there they had a temp and most of their machines were not working. I hope someone that knows what they are doing gets this figured out.

I was told that before I left that office, I would have my appointment and my test ordered and everything would be taken care of before I left didn't happen here. I am three days later still waiting for appointments and test appointments and such

Dr.Samuel is very impressive in knowledge, communication skills and personality. As a specialist in breast cancer treatment, finding a more ideal doctor seems as though it would be impossible. She's superb in the thoroughness of her explanations, her prompt follow-through and in charting the best plan forward. I feel fortunate Dr. Samuel is at Miami Valley South. The office staff was very helpful and the other personnel who met with me during the day were clearly assets to the medical center.

Dr. Samuel was very personable. Extremely thorough. Showed and explained all of my imaging results. Detailed how we should proceed in the future. Spent lots of time with me and assured I understood everything .
