Everything was great. The people were kind and informative but the wait time was a Bit lengthy I had to wait over one hour from when my appointment was actually scheduled to see the doctor otherwise everything else was great

I am NOT on My Chart. You keep putting messages on my chart that I don't get, like test results. I have told th e m before but nobody seems to listen. This is a big problem.

I waited in a room for over an hour and no one came in to tell me he was running behind or anything. I think it'd make patients less frustrated if someone would come check on them periodically when a doctor is running behind just to give them an update.

Long wait times but Dr. Kettel really spends his time with you listening and creating a good relationship. Making the wait worth it.

Sometimes I have to wait awhile in the waiting room or in the exam room but I don't mind. I know that Dr Kettel is taking time asking and answering questions for other patients just like he does for me. Could not be happier with all the people involved

Dr. Kettel has been caring for me since 2018 & knows me pretty well. We discuss old issues & their progress, discuss any new issues. If tests, therapy, or changes needed, he recommends or orders them. Today I got an update on my pneumonia immunization. Thank you.

I was able to talk to the Dr. about what is going on with me and he was able to give me advice on what is best for me..So thankful for a Dr. who is able to give me the time I needed !!

Dr. Kettel is amazing. By far my favorite PCP ever.

Dr Kettel is a very good Doctor he takes time to listen and has compassion for his patients. He gives advice on things that will help and prescribes medication needed.

Doctor is great and spends time explaining things. There is a wait time to see him. Sometimes test results are not reported without a call to the office.

Thorough explaining & answering our questions

Dr. Kettel obviously cares about his patients and wants to hear what they have to say. However, he is ALWAYS running behind, and we're not talking 15-20 minutes. It's routinely an hour minimum. He needs less appointments scheduled so he has the necessary time to meet with his patients that day.

Dr. Kettle shows great interest in providing personal and appropriate care.

I think Dr. Kettel is a great provider, he listens and understood my concerns and addressed them and took care of them, which helped me significantly. I definitely would recommend him to others. He's awesome!!!
