As usual, I cannot say enough about how great the staff is here.

I absolutely love Shannon and the staff!

When I can get an appointment, I am always treated by a polite, professional team that goes above and, beyond to insure that I get the best treatment available at this level and, understand what is done, or needs to be done. They have gained my trust and, that's a difficult thing to do.

I have been seeing Shannon Stireman for several years, after leaving my previous Premier Health care provider that I saw for over 20 years when he began dismissing my concerns and treating me with disrespect. I was referred to Shannon, and immediately knew she was the care provider I was looking for. Always respectful, attentive, concerned, responsive. I truly feel cared for. I love her so much I have referred her to my family and friends. My daughter, son-in-law, my grown granddaughters, my granddaughter's friends, my close friends started seeing her and feel the same way. The one BIG PROBLEM, the front desk workers. And, it seems to be getting worse! I call and no one answers. I leave a message. No one calls back. My family and friends have said the same thing. One of granddaughters called for three days in a row and left and messages in early January this year. No one returned her calls. She loves Shannon, but was so upset she called another practice in the area and is seeing someone else now. One of my friends that I referred a few years ago said she has a hard time getting someone on the phone. She said she was sitting in the waiting room for her appt with Shannon recently and the phone starting ringing. She said the two ladies at the front desk just kept talking to each other ignoring the ringing phone. She was so upset that she is considering looking for a new care provider. I hope this issue can be resolved or this practice will keep losing patients and may have to close. That would be very sad.

Shannon Stireman and her entire team make you really at ease and any possible reason to have"white coat" fears of going to a physician or Nurse Practitioner. Shannon surrounds herself with a team that gives the extra care and empathy for that specific patient. I never feel rushed or overwhelmed. My personal experience has always been a blessing to be seen at this facility in Huber Heights, Ohio. I will be a patient for as long as I I live. They take care of their patients like you are family. Thank you Shannon, you are the best. I was really sick and you gave me a life back without fear or Judgement. I absolutely Love all of you. I had a good experience with my family doctor Shannon and prior to going into seeing her the receptionist at the desk asked me why I was there and as I had the flu she wanted me to put on a mask I can't breathe with the mask on so I thought she should wear one if she was so much concerned that was the only thing I didn't like about that day

I would ask Corporate management to please remember patients are humans not dollars and your medical staff is competent

Shannon is absolutely wonderful. She can lower my blood pressure just with her presence. I will say, the receptionists need to work on their "professionalism". Sometimes just a polite node or asking for a minute would be much more appreciated than being totally ignored. There are 3 receptionists and not one could take a moment to acknowledge your presence and then I felt like a nuisance just to give them my name. First impressions are very important.

Shannon is very compassionate and genuinely spends as much time with me as needed to make sure my health is a priority. I know all healthcare workers are over worked and under paid. When the day is done and Shannon goes home, I'm sure she still stays up all night working. Her day is never done but Shannon still comes in every-time with a big smile on her face, she's very patient and attentive, never rushing me out of the office.
