I had a good experience with my family doctor Shannon and prior to going into seeing her the receptionist at the desk asked me why I was there and as I had the flu she wanted me to put on a mask I can't breathe with the mask on so I thought she should wear one if she was so much concerned that was the only thing I didn't like about that day

I would ask Corporate management to please remember patients are humans not dollars and your medical staff is competent

Shannon is absolutely wonderful. She can lower my blood pressure just with her presence. I will say, the receptionists need to work on their "professionalism". Sometimes just a polite node or asking for a minute would be much more appreciated than being totally ignored. There are 3 receptionists and not one could take a moment to acknowledge your presence and then I felt like a nuisance just to give them my name. First impressions are very important.

Shannon is very compassionate and genuinely spends as much time with me as needed to make sure my health is a priority. I know all healthcare workers are over worked and under paid. When the day is done and Shannon goes home, I'm sure she still stays up all night working. Her day is never done but Shannon still comes in every-time with a big smile on her face, she's very patient and attentive, never rushing me out of the office. She is Incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Explaining everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. She has excellent communication skills, listens to my concerns and validated my feelings. A true professional who is dedicated to her patients.
