Doctor Wical and staff are awesome

The staff, doctor, and experience was excellent.

I was there for a wellness checkup, after he finished his exam, he seemed to be in a hurry for us to leave. We had a few questions for him. We were barely able to ask him one before he got out the door. I don't usually feel like he rushes me out. I felt that way this time for some reason. The waiting room was not packed as if he were running late.

Do not like the new way of making an appointment or registration. I prefer to speak with a person who is sitting in front of me or is at my doctors office on the phone. The cost cutting measures of using MyChart to communicate are frustrating.

All of the personel at this office are extremely friendly and very knowledgabe. Dr. Wical is a great provider and offers great support for his patients.

This is the only medical office I have ever been to where the office runs on time. Its quick check in, Min wait time to get called back, fast check in with nurse and min wait time for the doctor. Dr. Wical will spend as much time as you need to talk and discuss but not hold you longer. Check out is quick and easy. No long waits in the room for paperwork. Best of all the staff is amazing. They are all polite and caring. I dread the day Dr Wical retires.

experience was fine - but my blood test results were put on "My Chart" and I believe they may have been uploaded incorrectly, because I am not able to access the site to see them...

They make you feel like your walking in to visit family. They really care about how you feel, and do everything they can to make you happy and healthy

My labs were drawn 4 days ago. Some labs were put on my chart immediately and i could see them. I still don't have some results. I received the paper that said they would notify me when done but no hint of when. I understand why you want to do it this way but I'm confused why some were released but not all. It leads me to think they were either not completed or were abnormal.

Great experience over all and got notes in my chart but maybe a 1 on 1 call to go over the results that stand out, example the results that need worked on or we're not good and what we can do to get them there, have looked up Myself on the internet based on some scores
