It's so nice have Dr who listens& hears what you are saying to him. I hope I can find as solution to The pure wick delay on obaintaining one. If I do I will gladly share my knowledge. Thank your Dr Sho Grant.

Had a cancellation initially and didn't hear back for one week. Called again and was rescheduled.

Sho and his support-staff (nurses, receptionists) were fantastic and went out of their way to assist me, including faxing a blood test to Compunet Labs so I would be prepared for my telemedicine visit.

I did no need test results and I am familiar with Mychart and staff knows I uae it. Grant has been helpful with my condition and offering ideas to help me improve my health and I appreciatte that. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

He listened thoroughly. Replied completely to my questions and concerns. We developed a workable and flexible plan to address my issues and up coming personal events to coordinate my care.

Placed in room on time. 1/2 hour before Sho came in. After discussion I was asked to stay in room as they will take a urinalysis. I was forgotten about for 45 minutes. They actually attempted to place another patient in the same room. I had to flag down a nurse to ask for the urinalysis so I could leave. Entire appointment took 2 hours.

Helpful and kind

I didn't feel heard by my provider. There was no interest in my experience or past medical history. It felt like my provider already knew what to do and went with what he thought. The end result was good, and addressed my issues. But I didn't feel like my provider was listening to medical history. In other words, the treament addressed the issue, but we didn't really explore the cause.

At the conclusion of our visit, he arranged for me to receive my supplies and medications, and he scheduled a follow-up exam and ordered the next pre-visit testing that I needed. The original issues were fully addressed. However, the extended care and monitoring over extended period is what has made the experience positive. They want to make sure issues are addressed fully and no other medical issues come into play.

I was a little nervous about going to a new doctor, but Sho was great at putting me at ease. I was very happy with him. I would highly recommend him.

Sho Grant is super nice and very thorough. He explained things to me that had not been explained to me before, despite having the same conditions for 6+ years.

Sho did a great job listening to my health concerns and adjusted my treatment plan accordingly. In particular, he listened to my concern about dosing, and getting two correct doses from a 1cc vial, and is working on securing a 10cc vial that will make it easier for me to load my syringe. When I explained how hard it was to get the correct gauge of syringe, Sho prescribed a six-week supply from a pharmacy that had them in stock.

I really appreciated the time and courtesy shown by Sho Grant. He was very knowledgeable and he gave me hope that a different prescription for my condition will help, or at least it is worth a try.

Visit seemed to be rushed. Not enough one on one time with providers. Providers just seemed to be spread to thin . Overall a good Visit.

Special mention to Connie, the receptionist, for her past and present professionalism and going beyond to assist my needs. Good to know there are employees that care and can look beyond the normal routine.

Everyone at Premier Health Urology treated me with courtesy and respect. This was my first meeting with Sho Grant and I found him pleasant and professional. He listened to me and provided tips to assist with my treatment plan. I would be comfortable seeing him again.
