Skylar Forsberg, PT

Skylar Forsberg, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist in Middletown, OH, with specialized training in orthopedic, neurologic, and sports rehabilitation. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Dayton and her Bachelor of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences from The Ohio State University.

Skylar works with patients of all ages to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve function following injury, surgery, or neurological conditions. Her orthopedic expertise includes treating post-operative conditions, joint pain, back pain, and sprains and strains through personalized treatment plans that may incorporate manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, postural training, and other evidence-based interventions.

Skylar also has a strong interest in sports rehabilitation, helping athletes recover from sprains, strains, ligament and muscle injuries, and post-operative knee, shoulder, hip, and ankle surgeries. Her treatment approach includes injury prevention strategies, manual therapy, blood flow restriction training, and progressive return-to-sport programs designed to help patients safely return to the activities they love.
