Sophia became a therapist after having several family members require therapy for a variety of health concerns. She saw the positive changes that resulted both physically and mentally from physical therapy. Sophia takes special interest in trauma informed care and works to ensure patients are involved in their treatment plan focusing on their individual goals. Her additional training includes Dry Needling, MDT, as well as some cursory education in pelvic health, BPPV management, and Parkinson's disease.
