When they schedule appointments, the need is there to let you know exactly where they are located. It has not yet been updated in any of the maps and even though we left home in time to be there 15 minutes early, we ended up being 20 minutes late for our appointment. They're were very gracious about it.

This provider has achieved results that are directly beneficial to me. In doing so he has also improved my confidence in the medical profession in general, and more specifically he has reinforced my confidence in the operation of the Upper Valley facility.

The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Apparently, new physicians have been added to the office staff, which is great but the scheduling definitely needs to be adjusted to include all of them using rooms at the same time. We waited nearly an hour and it would seem it was because the exam rooms were double booked.
