This provider has achieved results that are directly beneficial to me. In doing so he has also improved my confidence in the medical profession in general, and more specifically he has reinforced my confidence in the operation of the Upper Valley facility.

The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Apparently, new physicians have been added to the office staff, which is great but the scheduling definitely needs to be adjusted to include all of them using rooms at the same time. We waited nearly an hour and it would seem it was because the exam rooms were double booked.

The staff in this office is always friendly and helpful. I thought the information received from the physician/nurse practitioner during this visit was more detailed than in the past, which is immensely helpful.

They called me after my visit to say I should see another Doctor about some lab results on my liver would have been nice to talk with me about it when I was in the office

Dr Chamarthy is excellent , explains everything in detail regarding tests, results, and what to look for, what to expect. Extremely intelligent gentleman, definitely an excellent asset for Premier Health.

Through my health journey in the past few months, the team at the Troy location have become like a beloved second family in many ways. I believe they have helped save my life, and have helped to keep me sane during this very scary time. I thank them for all that they do every single day. I know they have difficult jobs, and very much appreciate them.

I thought the doctor was very nice, explained things well, and felt he listened to my concerns.

The staff was awesome; pleasant, courteous and very helpful. Treated me like I've known them for a long time. The doctor was amazing. I even complimented his "bed-side manner" at the end of the appointment. Put me at ease, formulated a plan, explained his thinking and put me at ease. Couldn't have been a better experience!!

My doctor, Dr Charmarthy is phenomenal and definitely listens to what you say after asking if you have any questions. I was called from central scheduling to set up a CT Scan and the lady was very nice at getting my appointment set for the time I had available, very nice!

The staff at this practice were all very nice and extremely helpful. Dr. Chamarthy was honest about treatment options and gave as much information has he could given that pathology results had not been received. He was very perceptive to my needs as an anxious patient and he had a great attitude. Caitlin the nurse navigator who assisted in setting things up for me has also been fantastic.
