About Stephen E. Liptak
About The Provider
Dr. Stephen Liptak is the Child and Adolescent psychologist for Upper Valley Outpatient Behavioral Health Services. With more than 20 years of experience in the field of behavioral health, he specializes in treating children and adolescents.
Dr. Liptak has focused his experience on anxiety disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum, childhood mood disorders, and disruptive behavior. He provides psychological evaluations that include adolescent risk assessment, diagnostic/personality assessment, and learning and developmental assessments.
Working closely with parents on behavior management and conducting consultations with school are also part of Dr. Liptak’s role. He has presented in-services and lectures for parents, educators and staff at Upper Valley Medical Center.
Dr. Liptak also enjoys building close, collaborative relationships with other area physicians.

The backlog of patients this provider looks after is obviously indicative that an additional provider is needed at this location in the worst possible way.
