This was actually the first time with Dr. Steve Young and I was very much at ease with him. He was very easy to talk to and he responded well to any of my concerns. He was well aware of some of my medication issues's and I didn't even have to mention to him. I am sure I will be very satisfied to have him as my Doctor.

Didn't need them to tell me how to access blood results - already knew

I've had a triple bypass and aortic valve replaced and received great care from premierhealth.

Dr Young was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns completely. He spoke in "real" language and medical terminology, so he was understandable. He was like a real person, not a technical doctor, in his manner.

Dr. Young is thorough and engaged while treating me. I do not feel the least bit rushed during the visit. He explains things clearly and precisely.

Getting the monitor on was not a good experience. The staff member did not warn me that she basically had to sandpaper off my skin then rub it with alcohol. Ouch!! Also I had to sit there in a cool room in a cold chair in just a bra. I think a gown would have made all the difference - keeping my back and arms warm at least. Last thing - she put an expired device on me so now I have to go through all of it again tomorrow. Check dates before sticking on the patient please. Overall tho - a great place I'd recommend! Thanks Dr Young and front desk staff! And nurse who weighed me etc was great too!!!

The entire staff was outstanding. The front desk girls made me comfortable and laugh and even helped me charge my phone so kind. My doctor listened to me and explained everything with great detail he was amazing. The lady who put my monitor on so funny and a sweet heart. The gentleman that took back for my appointment he was sweet heart and made me feel like I made a great decision to come to this heart center. I was very impressed and I think my care will be so much better now that I have a great team behind me. Thank you to all of you.

The "waiting list" procedure for rescheduling a testing date is not an ideal setup. Unfortunately, I don't have access to my email during the day, and being given only a short amount of time to respond is unreasonable. Why is a call or text made instead for a more immediate response?

The nurse and provider were outstanding! I can't wait to get started feeling better under their care. The facility was unfriendly to someone with limited mobility issues. It was more like an airport than medical office. There were no wheelchairs to be seen.
