Steven Burdette, MD, FIDSA, is a graduate of Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and went on to complete a fellowship in Infectious Diseases, both at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Burdette is board certified in Infectious Diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America.
Dr. Burdette has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of infectious diseases, including bone and joint infections, bloodstream infections, Clostridium difficile (C. diff), and pneumonia. Dr. Burdette has a special interest in orthopedic infections and patients with weakened immune systems (non-HIV).
Dr. Burdette is committed to putting his patients' needs first. He strives to provide timely and compassionate care, and he enjoys working with other healthcare providers to ensure that his patients receive the best possible treatment.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Burdette enjoys traveling with his wife.

I've been his patient for 15 months. Exceptional professionalism and bedside manner. Would not (Did not) hesitate to trust Dr Burdette with my health/life. Using MyChart effectively with his office. FWIW, We don't discuss "how to get test results" since we all know I know how to get test results. Somewhat like asking someone at the office reception if the patient found their way to the office...

Don't like the Epic Tele platform. Easy to engage by we had trouble hearing each other. A one on one phone call would be simpler or for that matter FaceTime
