Elevator has been out for my last 2 appointments (2 months apart). I am partially handicapped and did not find out until last appointment that I can schedule appointment downstairs until elevator fixed. This info offered ONLY after was dizzy & short of breath from climbing the 2 flights of stairs. Office should be more forthcoming in communicating this info to patients with obvious and historical physical and health limitations.

Dr Robbe is an excellent practitioner & is very compassionate with his patients. I wish I could recommend him to friends & family, however I know he's semi retired & not accepting new patients! I wish him the best !

When calling in for an appointment, the wait time for thr phone is ALWAYS way to long, usually 4-5 minutes. Only complaint about this office.

Sometimes the receptionists go out of their way for you. Yesterday, one went downstairs to fetch me a bottle of water as I was struggling with coughing from a ticklish throat. That was so kind and helpful.

I had multiple reasons to see the provider and called and got an appointment the same day.The phone receptionist went out of her way as did the nurse and provider to get me in in a very timely fashion. I got my questions answered the diagnoses I needed, the prescriptions ordered, and I am well on my way to recovery. Also got an update on several other ongoing medical need. Such service is the norm for this provider.

Dr. Robbe and his team are THE BEST!!! During this most recent appointment, he knew my problem based solely on my explanation of my symptoms (injury to shoulder, cause unknown). He confirmed this through his testing of range of motion and strength. He explained "what is happening" in detail, without talking down to me. And thanks to his prescribed treatment, my shoulder is pretty much back to normal after only a few days!! I have seen Dr. Robbe for many years and each appointment is always excellent. His team of medical assistants are so kind and supportive and I love seeing them. The reception staff is also very kind, efficient, and welcoming. I hope it will be a loooong time before Dr. Robbe retires!!!!! I trust him like no other doctor I have ever seen.

I love this practice. One of the few practices that I am able to have my whole family seen at. The Dr's are caring and listen to all you r concerns. The staff are amazing and do everything to make sure you're comfortable while waiting.

I was able to get a same day appt. for an acute problem - rare in the medical world and very appreciated. Staff I encountered were friendly and professional. Office is spotlessly clean which is important to me. Dr Robbe is great - always feel I am in good hands with him.

When I arrived, the receptionist did not ask me if I had been out of the country or state in the last month. I had scanned and uploaded my new insurance card in MyChart but the receptionist still asked for it to copy?

Provider doctor is one of the best I've had over the years.

Unfortunately, my typical doctor had to cancel my appt dt illness, but the front staff was able to still get me in to see Dr Robbe. It is not lost on me that he and his staff squeezed me in, and I am grateful! I am sure that the last thing they wanted to do at 3:45 in the afternoon was to see another patient-especially one that they were not familiar-but I appreciate his and his MAs efficiency (and the very cute bandaid!). This visit was one of the best medical evaluations and assessments that I have had. In a period of 15-20 minutes Robbe laid out a 4 step plan to determine what is and what is not causing my symptoms. Professional and caring at the time and I felt better afterward just knowing we had a plan and it made perfect sense. He followed up a few days later after the first test results were in and on I reported good results from the step 2 (inhaler prescribed).
