Trouble finding office Took time glad we were early

Dr. Seemed genuinely concerned about my health and I didn't feel rushed or like I was taking to much time. He may seemed slightly disappointed that I wasn't feeling better. Overall it was a good exchange.

I understand delays are unexpected and uncontrollable but I believe it would be a courtesy to patients if they were told at check in that appointments are running behind. It's kind of rude and disrespectful to just let patients sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes without any explanation.

Your check on system was down when I showed up to do my X-ray. Staff was struggling , why no management support of these front line staff? Where was the head of the hospital helping.? A lot of really made people not getting taken care of. No manual back up contingency? Very poor management. But hey this is modern medicine.

Dr Bhimireddy was very friendly, explained things well and clearly and recommended his ideas on what I should do and try first before jumping into surgery, which I appreciated.

Dr B is such a gifted surgeon & kind, caring person. He & all of his staff are kind, compassionate & helpful. I have never felt rushed or hurried thru my appts. They always take the time to answer my questions, show & discuss my test results with me & talk about my healing process. I feel like they truly listen & care, from the Frontline receptionists, to the medical assistants, PA's & Dr B. This office is highly unusual in today's messy medical world. Thank you!
