Took the time to listen to me

I was actually sent to this facility by mistake! I had asked Wright State Physicians where their PCPs went and they gave me your phone number instead of the Premier Family Medicine - which is in the same building. However, I was very pleased with my visit with Susie Siple - she was friendly and thorough and I surely appreciated her ability to contact my CVS Caremark mail order pharmacy so I could get my prescriptions refilled. And her toenail fungus advice! Huber Hts is a 25 minute drive for me in Beavercreek, so I may end up getting a new doctor closer, but until then, I'm happy with your office and staff.

I have been seen repeatedly for this issue and I pulled something that made it much worse. I immediately called and they got me in ASAP. I saw the nurse practitioner that works with my normal Dr and she was wonderful. Thank you for always working with me and being so helpful.

Susanna Siple, CNP, is one of the best mannered and nicest medical provider that I've ever been to. She listens completely to what you have to say and then deals fully with each item. She provides you information in a way that you can understand and you feel good when you are done, knowing that you've been heard. Several issues I've been dealing with for years with other providers have been now dealt with and resolved thanks to her work.

The nurse practitioner was amazing. Listened to everything I had to say. There was some difficulty in getting checked in. The lady upfront was having trouble putting my insurance in. She asked the office manager upfront for help but was brushed off. Leading me to wait for 40 minutes. Once the info was put in after the help from one of the medical assistants from the back everything went smoothly and everyone in the back apologized for what had happened

Recommended my girlfriend to Dr. Siple! She's the best!
