Well organized office! I show up an hour prior to my scheduled appointment to get x-rays and they are ready for the provider to review with me at my scheduled appointment!! Thank you for making this "a one-stop shop"!

Generally satisfied

Had to wait a long time for an appointment, wish I could have gotten in sooner. I have a fractured vertebrae and it has been really painful waiting. Very satisfied with results of my visit yesterday.

THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT WITH SUZANNE SPOONER I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY HER THOROUGHNESS IN EXPLAINING PROCEDURES AND IN SEEKING INFORMATION FROM ME ABOUT MY SYMPTOMS. I AM PLEASED WITH HER PLAN FOR MY SPINE TREATMENT. THIS WAS A PRODUCTIVE APPOINTMENT AND I UNDERSTAND WHAT MY NEXT STEPS ARE.

S Spooner asked questions about my symptoms, explained what was showing on my imaging. The PT was very beneficial and being aware of what I should be doing to help my symptoms. I'm doing much better. Great job.

Provider was very thorough. Xray technician was extremely helpful.

Huge mixup on paperwork! The scheduler told us she would not send new patient forms in the mail because they would not get to us before my appointment. She told us to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment to fill them out. I called the location where I was going for my appointment to explain that I was unable to bend my head down to write. I use an elevated slant board at home. I asked if my husband could pick up the forms so I could fill them out at home. They said that would be fine, so he picked them up that very day. I still arrived at my appointment 20 minutes early to turn in my forms. After my appointment, it hit me that they had not given me any forms asking about my medical history. We checked our mail when we got home. They had sent me the forms they said they would NOT be sending, and indeed, they did NOT arrive on time. I find the poor communication disturbing. In looking at the Premier My Chart, they don't even have my correct primary care physician listed. It worries me to be trusting my health to an organization that does NOT have their ducks in a row. The CNP that I saw did an excellent job or I would NOT be returning.

I feel so comfortable with my provider. She answers all of my questions and she gives me the treatment options that will be available to me should I need them I really like her and her patient care.

MVHS is a very large campus. In your appointment reminders, it would be VERY helpful to provide info on where to park and which entrance to use.

I did not know I needed my scans uploaded prior to this appointment, even though I asked about them when the appointment was made. Therefore, my provider was not able to make a thorough diagnosis of my pain and now I need to wait another month. This is not acceptable care and service.

Easy visit. Not much waiting and all was smoothly executed.
