Our experience was excellent but there has been trouble with the computer system and keeping track of the correct phone number to contact for communications.

Dr. Taylor and the staff are so wonderful with my daughter. Dr. Taylor addresses my daughter and lets her speak and fill her in on how she is feeling. I love how this encourages her to be active in her own health.

Dr. Taylor is by far the best pediatrician. Her attentiveness and genuinely caring personality are exactly what every doctor should have.

The waiting area needs cleaned. The toys are filthy dirty, almost to the point of turning black. Toys need cleaned and sanitized every day especially with all the illnesses.

Love Dr. Taylor. She is the best and I am jealous I am not a kid.

The Tipp City location was able to get my daughter in last minute at the very end of the day and I really appreciated the office sticking around to see her.

We have been so fortunate to have Dr Taylor providing care to our children over the years. She is an incredible pediatrician and an asset to PHP. Very happy as always with entire staff at Premier Pediatric Group in Piqua. From reception to nurse to Dr Taylor and her student, everyone was sweet, kind, and patient. Would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful Dr!

My teen daughter was in the office for a well child visit. She was told that she would be receiving an immunization. She informed the staff that she wanted to discuss it with her parents first. Her father was in the waiting room and my daughter texted him and he told her that she didn't have to get it that day if she didn't want to. Staff had dad come in the room and they brought in the immunization and said they were going to give it to her because it had been approved. Dad said that it wasn't approved by her parents and she wasn't going to get it. Staff stated "well it's already drawn up." Dad repeated "it is not approved." Staff should respect decisions of patients and respect and honor consent. Attempting to take advantage of any patient, a minor at that, is unacceptable. Had my child not had a parent present in the room and received an immunization against her wishes you would be getting more than a frustrated survey response. If a child (at 12+ years old) is mature enough to have sole access to a MyChart account then they are mature enough to make decisions for their bodies.

Great care

Dr Taylor is simply the best. Always so kind and informative. Also speaks to the kids and not just myself! Her student was lovely too, as well as the nurses and MCRs

Dr. Taylor is wonderful. She has always been respectful and kind. We love having her as our pediatrician.

I wish the nurse who took care of us was a little more friendly as she made my child more nervous, and this wasn't the first time that has happened. Receptionist and doctor were wonderful.
