For two years now Taylor Young is still in the certification process to be an approved provider for Mount Carmel Medi Gold Advantage insurance. We have been told numerous times by MediGold and by Premier that there is nothing to worry about as far as billing is concerned, he will be certified/ approved. If that is true than why not certify him as an approved survivor. Please look into this and get an answer and let me know. You have my email address. Thanks

I waited 25 minutes in the exam room after the nurse got me checked in to see the doctor. This is unacceptable! My time is just as valuable as theirs!! AND, I didn't see any other patients in the office!

I feel like Premier must overbook their providers. I know he was working the entire time I was there, but I was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time. I am retired but this might affect someone still working on a schedule.

Doctor was on time - he listened to my concerns and completed a full review of my condition. He answered my questions and was willing to view a couple important pictures on my phone that related to my visit. Very satisfied.
