The staff is always friendly and supportive. Dr Metry is the greatest. She listen to my questions and gives great advice. When I leave I feel I'm ready to take on any challenges that I need to help meet my health goals that I set for myself. I always look forward to my visits with Dr. Metry. My whole family goes there.

I appreciate being reminded of my appointments; however, I received at least 6 different text messages and phone calls. That is a bit "over the top." I have never missed an appointment because I forgot.

Dr. Metry has been my doctor for many years and I love her, she listen to what you got to say and explains it in a way you would understand she's an excellent doctor

Everything was good.

I had to wait to check in because there was only one receptionist at that time and she was talking to someone in the office and didn't even realize I as waiting. The office was not busy with other patience at this time. I have never had this happen before because it is not typical of this office, but I was a bit annoying.

Dr. Metry really focuses on me during my visits and is wholly present not distracted like some doctors I've had. She is empathetic yet professional. Her bedside manner is exactly right

The follow up to schedule two MRIs was a total fiasco. What would normally take 1-2 days took nearly two weeks. It was extremely disappointing and has resulted in a substantial delay in getting the diagnostics I desperately need.

Dr. Metry always listens - always to treat me like I am the only patient she has. love her/her staff/ nurses/receptionist. I would not consider going anywhere else.
