Dr. Was great.

Everything went politely and professionaly and I appreciated it.

Dr Aung is the best..

I had to ask if I could go off the medicine and that I was still getting dizzy spells and he said that I could go off the medicine and that I could have a spell of racing heart rate for a few days but would go away. Wants to see me back in 6 months. The medicine could be the cause of the dizzy spells now that I had the procedure to fix the issue.

Everyone at my appointment was friendly, courteous and professional. My wife and I were impressed.

I can't say enough about Dr. Aung. He is excellent in every possible way.

Dr. Aung was extremely up to date on my condition . I thought he was very smart. He was very nice to be around. I look forward to seeing him again.

Waited over 20 minutes for doctor. Doctor was very hard to understand. I'm not saying Dr. Aung isn't good doctor just he needs nurse or someone in there to help you understand him. His nurse was somewhat hard to understand also.

dr..aung was very good as a listener and also good to provide choices. he was able to explain my problem in a way that made me feel more informed.i am looking forward to my solution instead of fearing or dreading it.i am grateful to have him as my heart care doc.

Looking back at the EKG results, I think a more detailed explanation of the "Abnormal ECG","Prolonged QT", and "Incomplete right bundle b ranch block" would have been helpful.

If I didn't trust this team of doctors, I would not be going to them.

This was a hospital follow up visit. Dr Aung answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease from such a scary experience.

Woman who check me in had a bad attitude and double talked me about what information she had and what information she needed then gave me a form to fill out front and back, which had me put the same information four times on that same form

Dr. Aung and his staff are polite, prompt and very professional.

We were very satisfied with Dr. Aung. He explained what my heart problem was and proceeded to inform us how a pace maker would help my condition.

Explain charts and graphs a little better. Dr spend thousands of dollars and years of education learning how to read these things. Don't expect me to know what they mean just by looking at them.

All were friendly and professional, very efficient in their responsibilities regarding my care. I always feel confident in this office and the care they provide.

This was a video visit. Not really very helpful. They could not check anything about my heart and I could not reschedule for another two months

All of the staff I encountered on my visit were very friendly and respectful. The electricity was out when I arrived so no elevators were working. One of the staff accompanied me up the stairs to ensure my safety and did the same as I went down the stairs after my appointment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from staff.

They all put me at ease/relaxed, very professional, listened attentively, updated my information in their system, doctor greated me with a smile and pleasantries (which made me feel as though he had read my chart before entering the examination room), there was a female in room entire time.

Arrived 10 minutes early for 3:00 appt. When I checked in, the receptionist forgot to flag that I was in waiting room. Waited untll 3:15 and then asked receptionist if my appt. time was correct. She then talked to the physician assistant and explained what she had did. The PA had been waiting since 3:00 for me. Spent more time in waiting room than with doctor.

My husband and I walked into the appointment with a lot of concern and questions. (High stress level ). Dr Aung listened and calmly answered every question. I didn't feel rushed at all, only heard. He was extremely kind and thorough. He gave my husband options for treatment with pros and cons of each, allowing him to decide how to proceed.
