Timothy Devon Cook, PA-C

Timothy (Devon) Cook, PA, earned his Master of Physician Assistant Practice (MPAP) from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio, where he also completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Business Administration. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) and was honored as Miami Valley Hospital Advanced Practice Provider of the Quarter.

Devon began his clinical career as a hospitalist at Miami Valley Hospital South, where he developed strong experience managing a broad spectrum of acute and chronic conditions. Motivated by a desire to build meaningful patient relationships and improve long-term health outcomes, he transitioned into outpatient internal medicine and family practice. In this setting, Devon is able to partner more closely with his patients, emphasizing continuity of care and fostering lasting, collaborative relationships focused on overall wellness.

He has a particular interest in managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, mental health concerns, and arthritis, and is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. Devon approaches medicine with a holistic mindset, treating every patient as if they were a member of his own family.

Outside of his professional life, Devon enjoys spending time with his wife and their young daughter. As a family, they love visiting the aquarium, zoo, parks, and local trails. In his free time, he also enjoys barbequing and working on home improvement projects.
