I was scheduled to see Dr. Hicks and they had me seen by a Nurse Practitioner instead. I didn't feel she gave me the same attention and concern that Dr. Hicks normally dose.

Very good experience. Was comfortable with the Dr & staff. The staff kept me informed of what was going to happen and the procedure was smooth. I can't think of how it could have gone better.

Dr Hicks may not know how uncomfortable those 3 numbing shots are, but he sure knows how to calmly reassure you that "You're doing great!" I'm 3 weeks past surgery and I'm pleased with the work he's performed. My Nose is on its way to healing good & based on Dr Hicks 2 previous surgery's, I'm feeling very confident that down the healing-road, I won't feel so self-conscious...Thank You, Dr Hicks & Staff.

My total experience with this provider is that they did not provide me with detail information about my procedure, which is what I thought would occur after my surgery. I am asked if I have questions but I would expect they would tell me what I should expect during this process on follow up visits. I did ask initially about what I was experiencing via my chart and received a call by the P.A. (who was not very nice). It was suggested that I bring someone with me on future visits. It was 3 months from my consultation before my surgery. Even though they may have explained what the procedure was, I can only speak for me, some patients may expect more conversations by the provider after the procedure what you possibly may experience. I don' t feel I was given that. I'm a lay person how would I know what to ask. Thank you.

Staff was friendly and courteous. The Dr asked me many times if I had questions. That is appreciated, but what I would have liked is for someone from the staff to explain the post procedures. A friend of mine went to a different provider with a similar issue who explained in great detail what to expect. I had to find out on my own(waking up with a black eye)and then called the office with questions. In addition, I would have appreciated an explanation of possible side effects from the antibiotic. They were on the bottle, but extremely hard to read as the print was so small. Overall, a good experience, but there could have been better communication.

Dr. Hicks and his staff are extraordinary, both professional and personable. I feel very confident and comfortable in their care.

Great experience! Doctor Hicks was very kind and caring. He explained what he would be doing during my procedure and asked if I had any questions. He was efficient and I was in and out of the office in no time! The stitches look great and minimal pain. The tech that was in the office prior to and after the procedure was great too! She was very kind and helpful!

The front staff ladies were so kind and welcoming. I've never had stitches in my life and I was definitely nervous. Dr. Hicks is very professional and got the job done of removing 2 lypomas, grateful for his expertise. I was grateful for the MA who helped me as I came down from the adrenaline (I cannot remember her name currently) but she looked after me and made sure I was okay. Thank you to her!

The office staff, nurses, as well as the Doc were all very friendly and professional. This made my visit so much easier.

Everyone was friendly, efficient and informative. My only concern is that I am not sure all of the post-op visits seemingly planned are necessary, but then I am not a doctor. I believe unless some healing goes awry I will be limiting the follow-ups to two and I have had one. $40 a visit hits the purse too hard.

It bothered me that there was no sink in the room, but I think they kept things clean.

Friendly, helpful staff. They are prompt in seeing you. I arrived early for a 9am in office surgery appointment. I was taken to a room, prepped and seen initially by nurse by 9am. Very efficiently run office. Dr is very professional and explains everything.

This was my last appointment with Dr. Hicks. He is the best and his staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly. I would definitely recommend (and have recommended several times) that anyone needing a plastic surgeon they should see Dr. Hicks.

Dr. Hicks basically told me that he would cut an area out of my face then he would sew it up and I would have a scar. He said the left side and right side of my face would not look the same and there was nothing he could do about it to make it better. Somehow that sounded uncaring to me and my husband.
