Tracy J. Eicher, MD

Dr. Eicher is a very good MS specialist. She understands the difference between RRMS and progressive MS. This leads to her not treating every patient as rote. I really feel like she is well versed in each individual's case and allows you the leeway to discuss treatment options instead of saying what you are going to get. I've recommended her to every MS patient I know.

The scheduling system was not up to date for me to be able to schedule a 6 month check.

Provider already knows I use My Chart thus my answer is No. It is not necessary for anyone to tell me and I appreciate not being told something I already know. Did someone at this facility tell you how you would get your test results?

VERRY GOOD PEOPLE

There may have been some cancellations due to the weather, but I was in and out of my appointment super fast with very little wait time! This is my second time seeing Dr. Eicher and she is always kind!

Dr. Eicher is one of the only doctors out of 30 years of going to doctors, specialists, and hospitals that truly understands how bad I am and has tried to help me or send me to other specialists. She really cares about her patients and listens to them.

The doctor was an hour and a half late. This was not even due to other patients in the office. It was due to a meeting! When she came into the room, finally, she did not even offer an apology. This was a first time visit. Although she was somewhat thorough and friendly, she was obviously in a hurry to move on and get out of there.

Dr Eicher made me feel very comfortable. She was a good listener and answered my questions. She was careful when giving the injections. Wish I could continue to see her but looking forward to new provider.

I have been a patient here for quite a while. However, because the doctor I was seeing has left the practice-I now have to start over with "another practice" at facility. I have to come in for a "consultation" and fill out forms......before I can get treatment. I find this frustrating and rather needless as all of my info is already on file!
