GReat all around visit for my yearly checkup. Receptionist and nurse were great. Tricia Neu continues to be wonderful. She listens and explains everything to you. She had a student with her this time and she did a great job with that, asking if I were ok with the student and also letting the student learn from her. GReat job!

Dr. Tricia Neu is an excellent physician.. She is thoughtful and knowledgeable, and she has helped me to treat my diabetes and the problems associated with it. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone

Dr. Tricia Neu is an excellent doctor. She is treating me for my diabetic problems, and she is very thorough and knowledgeable. I wouldn't want any other doctor to be helping me. She cares about her patients, and it shows in how she treats them, and I am able to reach out to her through my chart messaging whenever I need help. I would recommend her to anyone I know.

Monroe Medical center has exceptional staff. Everyone always makes you feel very welcome. The physicians and nurses always go over everything you need. They are always finding ways to try to assist you. Tricia Neu, my RN Is absolutely the best medical professional that I have encountered in my lifetime. I feel I can tell her everything that is going on. And she always understands what I am going through. And she's always looking ahead at what is best for me. She's absolutely exceptional and I would never want to leave Monroe Medical center or Premier Health because I know I can count on her extensive knowledge and persistence. She's always trying to find the best help for me. Far beyond other medical facilities I've had to visit or Physicians. I am very thankful for her and the staff at Monroe Medical center. They have been there for our family for 24 years now.

I started seeing Dr. Tricia Neu a few months ago. She is an excellent physician, and also a caring and knowledgeable person. Without her treatment my health issues would have worsened and become very severe . She has provided me with the resources and knowledge to prevent that from happening, and i cannot thank her enough. I sincerely hope she can continue to be my physician.

Dr. Neu is the best... When I entered the lobby and went to check in the reception person knew who I was and welcomed me... that's a "first". The entry process for Monroe Medical is typically cold and aloof - that adds to the anxiety of going to the medical appointment. Need to make clear where check in is located and find a way to make the distance between the door and the check in desk decrease.
