Verena Gerguis, PA-C

Verena Gerguis, PA, is a dedicated physician assistant specializing in cardiovascular care. She earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Dayton and holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Rutgers University.

Verena is passionate about preventive cardiology and helping patients achieve long-term heart health through education, lifestyle changes, and personalized care. She believes that great patient care begins with listening and focuses on building strong relationships, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and actively involved in their care plans.

Her interest in cardiology developed during her clinical training, where she became inspired by the complexity of the cardiovascular system and the significant impact that thoughtful management can have on a patient’s quality of life. Verena is a member of the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants.

Outside of her professional life, Verena enjoys baking, reading, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
