My overall experience was amazing. Starting with the receptionist, to the nice gentleman who got my vitals to Dr. Sorice was amazing; she took the time to talk to me about my goals and made me feel that she was genuinely interested in my health! Great job by all!!

This office is always extremely helpful and Victoria Sorice is exceptionally kind and extremely knowledgeable and listens to me and always gives me great advice.

I learned that I was not taking the prescription correctly, which was holding me back. Once I asked the right questions, I got the answers that I needed and corrected the timing of when to take the medication. I already notice a difference and appreciate the insights.

The staff here is very patient orientated

I am very disheartened by the way and speed of answers regarding prescription approval is handled. I feel very caught in the middle between my insurance company and doctor's office. On the one hand I do think that my doctor is advocating for me. I also feel there is a lack of transparency with the process of medication approval. I have been waiting two weeks for answers and I am currently out of medication. I don't get clear timely answers from anyone involved. The folks are lovely in the office but they seem to be just as victimized by my insurance company as I am. I feel my efforts and commitment to my own health are being targeted by my insurance company by either their bottom line or - at worst - what has felt like ill will and just plain unkindness and most certainly rudeness. To sum it up - I am feeling out of the loop and am beginning to feel desperate for answers. It's a shame because I have always thought of doctor's offices and medical treatment as a place of affirmation and healing. Right now I'm out on a limb with what feels like no support.

I was impressed by everything until today. I was told visit was covered by my 2 insurance carriers. I have Medicare and united health car. Today I got a bill for $326. I don't understand why

This was my first visit to a weight loss clinic. I was very surprised about weight loss clinic. They were very informative with information that I needed to know. I would recommend this office to somebody else

It was a good experience for the most part.

I was very disappointed with my appointment. I waited 2.5 months to get into this and it seemed like it was just not worth the wait. The nutritionist was extremely unhelpful. They wrote up a meal plan for me but they made a single day of options and I am supposed to use that as a reference for 2 more months. The way they also gave me this information was by asking for my phone so they could take a photo of their computer screen. They gave me a lot of paperwork to read, but really did not explain anything to me or ask me about my lifestyle. The actual nurse actually talked with me and listened and even gave me nutrition information the nutritionist didn't provide. Overall I will most likely be canceling my next appointment and try to book my own options. This was just extremely unhelpful and very disappointing.

The staff ( 5 people) that came into contact with were very professional. Receptionists great both arriving and exiting. The nurse doing my vitals very professional. The dietitian had a very positive and passionate interest in my heath. She advised me on the best way to increase my protein intake. The Doctor gave me awesome advice on pursuing my weight loss and healthy goals. Ordered some tests and will follow up with me when results are in.
