The appointments were far out and I have to go back for imaging and the appointment was scheduled out a month and a half. Getting in took awhile too. The appointment was fast and thorough! I really like that!

Dr. Harlan and supporting staff were all wonderful and very personable. The whole process from getting checked in to getting seen by Dr. Harlan was all extremely quick without feeling rushed. I appreciated that Dr. Harlan listened to my concerns and was able to address them same day without needing to schedule another appointment to come back. I was very happy with my experience!

Scheduled the appointment following ER visit. Doctor had information but did not treat or converse about my issues. She just scheduled another appointment for ultrasound. I'm not sure if she spoke, she was in and out 3mins. I was ill at the time.

Dr Harlan was fantastic! She made me feel so calm and comfortable.I left feeling I was taken seriously and relieved my anxiety. She was wonderful! I have already suggested her to some family members.

Dr. Harlan is kind and gives her time if you have questions or problems. The entire staff is courteous and caring!

Dr. Harlan is just an amazing doctor! I've had gynecologist for over 23 years looking down there and telling me I needed this or that. With one look, she said I was completely healthy. No need to bother with any medication's or anything freaking amazing the best news I've had in well over a year.

I wish I had known about Dr Harlan sooner. I would've eliminated much frustration over the last 30 years. I love her boldness and directness. She gets right to the point. I'm glad to call her my doctor from now on.

Dr. Harlan took the time to explain every step of my last appointment. She was gentle, kind, and patient during a difficult situation. When I visit her office, I am greeted by kind and friendly staff who care about me and the reason for my visit. They create an environment where I feel comfortable openly communicating my needs. Dr. Harlan has practiced for many years, and her level of expertise is remarkable. I had one issue, and she provided a solution. I trusted her judgment, and the difference being under her care has made is amazing. She takes excellent care of myself and my family!

I like Dr Harlan, I wish the US appointments weren't so far in the future.

This was my 2 time getting a pap smear. The first one I got done at a different location years ago. This was the first time I had a breast exam. But I didn't know there were two different kinds of breast exams. I've only ever heard about the mammogram. So when I was asked about having a breast exam done I wasn't expecting that because I didn't know that was done there too. I denied it at first and I kind of felt a sense of attitude or maybe that's just how the doctor is it was my first time being there. And after I felt like the doctor finally listened to what I was expressing and I questioned more about it that's when I felt like she listened to me and understood what I was saying more. That's just one thing but I personally don't feel the greatest about my first time experience there.

I was so very appreciative Dr. Harland's expertise in recommendations and future treatment plan to my issues.

I did not have a good experience at all. From the moment she opened the door. She didn't say Hello, good morning or anything. I was the one that spoke 1st. I said "hey I remember you. Been coming to lifestages for almost 30 years." She then said "oh, well I don't remember you." She asked me how long I've been having issues. Told her almost 2 years now. She wanted to know why I waited so long to seek treatment. Told her I have been to the Dr and to lifestages before with no resolutions. I even had STD testing at my regular Dr. she said she didn't see any of that information on my file. Ask me to lay back on the table, the MA was in the room too. I lay back, she said she was going to check for discharge. I told her that's not the issue, that's not the reason I'm here. I had no discharge. she told me she was going to insert the speculum, but I didn't even know she inserted the swab for the test until I jumped. I asked her if she done the test already, she said yes. I asked her why she didn't tell me she was doing it 1st. She said I told you in did the speculum. Not the same thing. Once she was done I sat up and she told me as she shut the curtain that I can choose other providers if needed. I feel by then she knew I was upset. When she talked to me it was as if she was not really listening. This caused my an anxiety to over react so I didn't keep eye contact with her. I will never schedule another appointment with her. There was a reason why I've never scheduled with her previously and now I know.

Dr. Wayarne Harlan was very dismissive of my symptoms. She came off as very aggressive and uncaring. She didn't explain the possible reasons for my symptoms. She just ordered bloodwork and an ultrasound leaving me extremely worried that something is seriously wrong with me. I won't be seeing her again and would not recommend her to anyone

Everything went smoothly.

It took the check out gal over 20 minutes to get an ultrasound and follow up appt scheduled. I understood from the doctor that this was to be within a week, my appt is six weeks out. A little concerning.

I've used "Life stages" for many years. I feel very comfortable there, and have recommended them to family and friends. I also would recommend Dr. Harlan with experience and expertise.

My visit seem d rushed...I was told I would be scheduled for a breast ultrasound but once I sat down to check out I was told I was all done...no word on my appointment for my breast exam!!!

My Provider was professional, informative, and friendly

Dr. Harlan was wonderful! I haven't had a pap smear in many years because they were painful and uncomfortable for me. She made sure that I was comfortable during the entire exam and she made it quick and painless. I am so glad I went to see her and made her my new OBGYN. She cared about how I was feeling the entire time so did her nurse assistant and the lady at check in was pleasant and friendly too.

I felt very comfortable as a patient. I felt listened to and I felt that she did everything to address my concerns. The test results were fast.

The Dr. Has a calming personality that put my husband and I at ease. She studied my records carefully, went to another PA for a conference and felt since I had no symptoms that I will return in 6 months to see her.

Bed side manner was professional and respectful. Never enjoyed a doctor visit as much as I enjoyed this one.

I recently started the Kindbody menopause program offered by Premier. My provider did not know anything about the program and seemed skeptical. Did not seem like she wanted to discuss and only stated she know nothing about the program and the provider.

I respect my doctor wholeheartedly, I've had her for a long time. I feel that I could talk to her about anything. I am blessed to have her in my life.

I get the best of care from Dr. Harlan's team. Entry to exit, I was treated with kindness, respect and courtesy. Dr. Harlan explains everything so I understand and gives me her undivided attention.

The blood pressure device that is used on my arm really hurts really bad. Wish they had other devices this really causes my blood pressure to go up more. Please see that they get this information. Thank you

I had to wait 3 weeks to get I. As new patient. It was worth the wait. Dr Harlan is very GOOD. If I known they were all so nice I would have gone 10 years ago!!' My PCP referred me to a bladder Dr. Bladder Dr said my numbers were not "bad enough" to book an appointment yet. At that time I had UTI with crystals!!! Dr Harlan is sending me to bladder Dr asap.

It was very insightful. I learned something new about interpreting the results of my most recent mammogram, thanks to my doctor.

I was and still am disappointed about the check in process! I took time to complete the check in by computer the night before! Once I arrived at the office there were more paperwork to be completed! The most annoying thing was asking the same questions I responded to via computer! I appreciate Dr Harlan's kindness, but on this visit I felt she was in a rush !
