Showed concern for helping me! Friendly, on time!

Everyone was pleasant. Dr. Rush and his PA explained everything well and took time to answer my questions.

I was referred to Dr Rush from another physician. Appointments were being booked several weeks out, but the staff was able to work me in. I barely had to wait before the doctor came in. He was very personable, and patient, listening to my concerns and answering my questions. When I left, I felt reassured and had a plan for treatment. The office was professional and seemed to be well run.

They always provide great service, very professional and friendly.

I was so nervous going here. But was a very nice experience. Dr. Rush made me feel like I had known him forever and provided very precessional support.

This was the best Dr office I have ever been to! The staff are so friendly and welcoming! Dr Rush was also so nice!! Concerning office!! Truly all were so nice! I can't say enough about the care I received on this visit.

Great experience. Saw both PA & MD. Both explained their procedures, findings & included my desires in the recommended treatment plan.

Not a problem of this office at all, but we were referred to Premier schedualing and never did get any help or return calls. When we were able to contact staff at Dr. Rush's office they returned call, left a message, reserved a spot on schedule, and got us in. Dr. Rush's staff is excellent. Premier not so much. Care in office by Rush and staff was excellent.

Overall, my experience with Lifestages has been very professional and the staff are always pleasant.

So far my experiences have been positive.

Dr. Rush and his colleagues are the best doctor you can go to. The only problem is it's a several months long wait in order to see him.

They was out of printer ink so I couldn't read my summary which is important to me. My chart is such small print and when making larger I'm afraid I'm missing something. I know I'm supposed to do bloodwork, but don't know if I'm to call or they will call me My husband called yesterday to request a copy. She told us to drive there and get it. It's 2 hour drive. Then she said to read my chart after my husband told her my concerns. Then he asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on. First time I've ever had trouble. I'm still unclear of some of my details

I didn't understand all that I needed to know about the meds they ordered.

I am excited that there is a department such as "Life Stages" is focus mainly on my care as being a female. I can not rate the provider fully because this appt was my first time meeting the provider...but I have a medical procedure scheduled soon which will give me more experience with the provider, his PA, and "Life Stages" which I am happy is available for my care. Thank you
